Operation of the software supplied with the product / available over the network is at the user's own risk.

NET GmbH can assume no liability for any damage or data loss incurred as a result of using the software. The software is provided for use only on the intended and contractually agreed delivery item.

The customer accepts that not all software environments and hardware components can be rendered compatible with a specific software package and that NET GmbH can therefore assume no liability in ensuring that the software is error-free.

If you are unwilling to accept the terms of this agreement, please contact NET GmbH immediately. If the software has been supplied together with the product, you can return it directly to your retailer unopened.
